Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on clickerfactory.org with Mensch Creative GmbH, Froebelstr. 11c, 10405 Berlin, Germany ("we").

2. Contract

The designer is not a binding offer. By choosing "Pay now" or "Order on invoice" you place a binding order; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email. "Request a quotation" is non-binding.

3. Proof and approval

Before production you receive a digital proof. Nothing is made until you approve it. Screen colours and the 3D preview are approximations; small differences in colour and detail are inherent to the material and not a defect. If you finally reject the proof, we refund any amount paid less the cost of artwork preparation and proof.

4. Rights to artwork

You confirm that you hold the rights to the logos, photos and texts you send and indemnify us against third-party claims. We may refuse orders with unlawful artwork.

5. Prices and payment

The prices shown in the designer apply. Payments through Stripe are due when you order. On invoice: payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

6. Delivery

Production usually takes about 10 working days after approval, plus shipping. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

7. No right of withdrawal

The clickers are made to your specification. Consumers therefore have no right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

8. Warranty

Statutory rules apply. For businesses, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin.
