What we process

When you order or request a quotation, we process your details (name, company, address, email, phone, VAT ID), your design and the uploaded file to handle your order or request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data relevant to invoices is kept for the statutory retention periods of up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address and time to deliver and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Service providers

Hosting, database and file storage: Cloudflare, Inc. (files stored in the EU). Payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland – Stripe's privacy notice also applies when you pay by card or another method. Email delivery: Resend (EU region). Mailbox: Google Workspace. We have data processing agreements with these providers; transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Write to hello@clickerfactory.org.
